3. Service Agreement:

A detailed service agreement outlining the scope, cost, and duration of the services will be provided to clients. The service agreement must be signed by both parties before the commencement of any diving operations.

4. Payment Terms:

– Fees: Fees for services will be specified in the service agreement.
– Payment Schedule: Payments are due as outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.
– Refunds: Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and must comply with the terms set forth in the service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities:

– Access: Clients must provide access to the work site and any necessary permissions or permits.
– Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information relevant to the services.
– Safety: Clients must ensure a safe working environment and comply with all applicable safety regulations.

6. Liability:

– Limitation of Liability: NaxosDiving.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
– Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless NaxosDiving.com from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s use of our services.

7. Warranties:

NaxosDiving.com provides its services “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the results or outcomes of our services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the course of the service confidential, except where required by law.

9. Termination:

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to any terms regarding notice periods and penalties outlined in the service agreement.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Greece.

11. Changes to Terms

NaxosDiving.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
