Terms and Conditions for NaxosDiving.com Commercial Diving Services<\/p>

1. Introduction<\/p>

Welcome to NaxosDiving.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our commercial diving services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.<\/p>

2. Services:<\/p>

NaxosDiving.com provides commercial diving services, including but not limited to underwater inspection, maintenance, repair, and construction. The specific services provided will be detailed in the service agreement between NaxosDiving.com and the client.<\/p>

3. Service Agreement:<\/p>

A detailed service agreement outlining the scope, cost, and duration of the services will be provided to clients. The service agreement must be signed by both parties before the commencement of any diving operations.<\/p>

4. Payment Terms:<\/p>

– Fees: Fees for services will be specified in the service agreement.
– Payment Schedule: Payments are due as outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.
– Refunds: Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and must comply with the terms set forth in the service agreement.<\/p>

– Access: Clients must provide access to the work site and any necessary permissions or permits.

– Limitation of Liability: NaxosDiving.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
